What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Pool Maintenance Technician position at Crystal Clear Pools & Spas, LLC?
We are looking for a new Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!
This position will be responsible for a pool route; cleaning, pool chemistry and equipment maintenance. We take great pride in providing quality service to our customers!
REQUIREMENTS: This is a full time position with possible overtime.
Weekly pool cleaning Monday - Friday; 7:30am start time, 6:30 start time in summer. Some Saturdays, rotating on call shift.
MUST HAVE VALID TX DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED
Applicants must possess the following:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record
- Able to work long hours outside in extreme temperatures
- Complete certification and online/field training
- Motivated towards great Customer Service
- Excellent work ethic and team mentality
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Mature, dependable and punctual
- Swimming pool maintenance experience a plus, will train the right person
- Customer Service Oriented
– Have an exceptional and positive attitude
- Excellent written, verbal, and group communication skills
- Possess intermediate computer skills in a Windows environment.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Be able to work in extreme heat and cold
