Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, efficient, and compassionate Endodontist to join our team. This is a high-demand opportunity to step into a busy schedule and produce immediately while focusing on clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
Compensation
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- 100% production collections-based compensation
- Percentage of production collections – to be discussed
- No cap on earnings
Schedule
- Part-time
- 1–2 Saturdays per month or 1-2 days per week
- Consistent, high-demand patient flow
Responsibilities
- Perform root canal treatments (anterior, premolar, molar)
- Diagnose and manage endodontic cases
- Provide retreatments and emergency care as needed
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Certificate in Endodontics
- Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA license
- Must carry own malpractice insurance
- Strong clinical skills and efficiency
