Job Description
Crystal Clean Home and Business Services is a trusted, locally respected cleaning company serving DuBois and surrounding areas.
We are looking to add a reliable, detail-oriented team member to our cleaning team. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently.
We operate with structured systems, clear expectations, and strong support from our office team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide detailed cleaning services in multiple homes and locations
- Follow structured cleaning systems and checklists
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Use smartphone-based systems to complete job forms
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the team
- Travel to service areas including DuBois, Treasure Lake, Rockton, Curwensville, Clearfield, Penfield, Brockport, Brockway, Reynoldsville, and Sykesville
Schedule & Availability
- Primarily daytime cleaning
- Some evening commercial shifts available (ending by 9:00 PM)
- Weekend availability is required during peak season (May 1 – October 31)
- Schedules are coordinated in advance
How the Position Works
This is an hourly position with paid travel time between jobs.
We operate with structured cleaning systems and clear time expectations to ensure consistency and efficiency. Training is provided so you know exactly what is expected on every job.

Applicant Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Daily access to a working smartphone
- Must pass a background check
Experience
No professional cleaning experience required — training is provided.
Cleaning experience is helpful, but not required.
