Starting at $15-17.00 per hour dependent on experience, as well as weekend warrior pay increases, pay increase after initial 90-days, and performance bonuses

Available Positions
- Full-Time & Part-Time
- 1st Shift (6:00am-2pm)
- 2nd Shift(2pm-10pm)
- Weekend Warrior Opportunities Available

- Day shift staffing ratio of approximately 1 STNA to every 10 residents
Job Responsibilities
As an STNA, you'll provide compassionate, resident-centered care while assisting with activities of daily living in accordance with each resident's care plan. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Helping residents with meals and hydration
- Answering call lights promptly
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
- Accurately documenting care provided
- Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
- Promoting resident dignity, comfort, and independence
Qualifications
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents with mobility
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed
