Schedule and Pay:
1st Shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM OR Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:15 PM ; Friday OT hours required as needed

Job Summary:
The Custom Panel Door Specialist is responsible for receiving, fabricating, coordinating and monitoring specialty panel door orders throughout the production process.
Job Duties:
- Receives specialty panel door requests and monitors throughout production process.
- Reviews special panel door requests i.e., louvered doors, interior doors and provides input on process, materials, time, etc.
- Reviews job orders and prioritizes work.
- Obtains materials and special orders materials as needed.
- Reviews detailed panel door orders to determine processes needed and monitors as well as coordinates throughout production.
- Sets up and operates a wide variety of tools throughout the pre-paint departments, i.e. routers, shapers, tenoner, joiner, etc.
- Works in conjunction with various departments such as Customer Service, Drafters, etc.
- Follows safety procedures and maintains work area as well as equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
- Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.
- Maintains a working knowledge of multiple cabinet lines, a variety of door specifications, etc.
- Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.
