Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Supervisor to oversee and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service across our client sites. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting field staff to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

• Conduct routine and surprise inspections at client locations
• Evaluate cleaning performance against company standards and client expectations
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Train and coach cleaning staff on proper procedures and best practices
• Maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation
• Communicate directly with management regarding performance and issues
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
• Support operations team in maintaining service excellence

• Previous experience in cleaning, facilities management, or quality control preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required or strongly preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
• Valid driver’s license

• $22–$28 per hour, based on experience
