What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales/Customer Service Associate position at Cryo Lounge?
Cryo Lounge in Louisville, KY is looking for 2-3 part-time Sales Associates to join our expanding team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, punctual and health conscious.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers with a friendly greeting
- Promotes Membership Sales and additional services
- Directs customers to appropriate treatment areas
- Ability to explain services in a friendly and clear way
- Provides treatment of services offered in the facility
- Use good judgment to solve customer concerns
- Disinfects and cleans facilities as required
- Assists General Manager / Sales Manager / Key Holders in other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Sales focused
- Able to problem solve as issues arise
- Strong customer service skills
- Willing to Learn sales skills and/or has strong sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn and work well with others
- Must be a minimum of 17 years old
We are actively hiring and provide excellent training! We have unique hours.
Our shifts are:
7:30am-2pm and 3:30pm-7:30pm (Monday- Friday)
9am-3:30pm (Saturday/Sunday)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour
