Relocation Director will oversee all aspects of the Memphis Region Relocation Department ensuring increased profitability through retention and growth of client base, managing expenses and developing innovate ways to capture and generate increased revenue. Establishing and maintaining relationships with Relocation Management Companies, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Broker members, and other referral sources is paramount to the success of the company’s relocation and referral business. This individual will develop strategic and operational plans for management and improvement of Relocation functions and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Managing the Relocation Department team
- Managing the ongoing relationship between the company, sales associates and the referral sources. i.e. Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, other brokers, Relocation Management Companies and corporate clients
- Attending regional and national Relocation conferences and events
- Providing continual training to agents and staff members
- Increasing the visibility of the company
- Tracking and reporting sales/data
- Generating reports for executive management, broker managers, Relocation companies, etc.
- Business Development
- Relocation Industry experience and/or 3-5 years' experience in real estate with Active license is required
- Bachelor’s Degree greatly preferred
- CRP or other Relocation industry designations helpful
- Experience managing a database
- Experience in establishing long lasting professional relationships
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) a must
- Ability to manage and motivate team members
