Job Description
This position will be responsible for:
- Processing files prior to closing, which includes gathering applicable documents and information from the appropriate parties
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and/or attributes:
- Some familiarity with real estate contracts, mortgage loan instructions, and title opinions
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under time constraints
- Experience working with real estate closing software (SoftPro preferred)
- At least one (1) year of real estate closing experience
