What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at Crye Leike Brown Realty Elite?
Duties
- Provide support for the Broker & Real Estate Associate team in all aspects of paperwork on property transactions
- Data entry for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Prepare property files for closing, ensure completion, and process commission promptly
- Process and record weekly invoices
- Maintain and update schedules for meetings, appointments, events, and deadlines
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Greet and assist visitors/clients
- Create posts and ads for social media regarding property listings
- General office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Proficiency using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- 2 years administrative support experience working in an office environment required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) a must.
- Experience operating and utilizing a multi-line telephone system.
- Ability to successfully multi-task and understand how to prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be a team player and have a professional demeanor, possess a strong work ethic and be reliable.
- Prior real estate or real estate office experience a plus.
- Other duties as assigned.
