We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring accurate and efficient input of data. Duties
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases and software such as Microsoft Office applications
- Manage filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring documents are organized and easily retrievable
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before submission or filing
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
Requirements
- Computer literacy and typing skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Experience in medical is advantageous but not required
