Job Title: Membership Sales Specialist – Car Wash

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hour Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses
Job Type: Full-time / Part-timeAbout the Role:
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our rapidly growing car wash team in the Levittown area. In this role, your primary goal is to convert single-wash customers into monthly unlimited wash members. You will work directly at the pay station, greet customers, explain the value of our plans, and drive recurring revenue.Note: You are not required to physically wash, dry, or detail cars! Your focus is 100% on sales, customer service, and maximizing your earnings.Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers at the kiosk/point of sale in a friendly and professional manner.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and cost-savings of our unlimited membership packages.
• Overcome objections and guide customers through a quick, seamless sign-up process.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly personal sales quotas.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and stocked with promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in face-to-face sales (e.g., retail, gym memberships, cellular sales, or hospitality).
• A highly motivated, outgoing, and competitive personality.
• Ability to work comfortably outdoors and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Weekend and flexible scheduling availability are required.
