What You'll Do
- Craft and execute elevated, spirit-forward and seasonal cocktails that align with The Blue Heron's refined speakeasy aesthetic
- Uphold consistency in recipe execution, presentation, and quality across every shift
- Engage guests with confidence and warmth—educating, guiding, and enhancing their experience through thoughtful conversation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar that meets Crust Concepts standards
- Collaborate with leadership on cocktail development, features, and menu evolution
- Stay current on spirits, techniques, and industry trends while honoring classic foundations
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a craft cocktail bar, speakeasy, or upscale bar program
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and premium spirits
- High attention to detail, consistency, and cleanliness
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing quality
