Pay Dates: You will be paid every other Friday. You will be responsible for accurately signing in and out of work.

General Manager Job Description Includes:

  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
  • Ensure that all food and products are high quality and prepared and served following set standards.
  • Ensure store achieves objectives in sales, profitability, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation/cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
  • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.
  • Develops and ensures execution of monthly marketing plan.
  • Complete Payroll bi-weekly
  • Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
  • Train and develop new lead team members
  • Make employment and termination decisions
  • Analyze financial reports and makes necessary management decisions when necessary.
  • Conduct weekly manager meetings and daily huddle up meetings with each shift.
  • Manage shifts as needed.
  • Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
  • Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.

General Rules

· Conflict of Interest/Exclusive Employment: All employees are required to work exclusively for Crust Pizza Co. During employment with the Company, associates will not do anything to compete with the Company’s present or contemplated business, plan or organize any competitive business activity or enter into any agreement which conflicts with their duties or obligations to the Company.

A. Exclusive employment prohibits all employees from:

1. Working as an employee/associate for another Pizza restaurant or any Italian restaurant related business.

B. Solicitation of Customers/Staff: Employee recognizes and acknowledges (i) that Company has devoted a considerable amount of time, effort and expense to establish, contract for and train Company’s office personnel, (ii) that such office personnel comprise valuable assets of Company, and (iii) that as a result of Employee providing services hereunder, Employee has had access to the personnel base of Company. Accordingly, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, Employee agrees not to solicit or otherwise attempt to contact, on its own behalf or on behalf of any business which is owned, in whole or in part by Employee, or any business by which Employee is employed, or for whom Employee provides products/services, either directly or indirectly, any person who is (at that time) employed by Company. Further, Employee recognizes and acknowledges (i) that Company has devoted a considerable amount of time, effort and expense to establishing Company’s Customer base, establishing referral bases, negotiating and entering into contracts and establishing relationships, (ii) that such Customer base and/or agreements comprise valuable assets of Company whether entered into in the name of Company or Employee, and (iii) that as a result of Employee providing products/services hereunder, Employee will have access to this Customer base, referral base, and other agreement information. Accordingly, during the term of this Agreement, and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, Employee agrees: not to solicit business from any Customer with whom the Employee has had material contact on behalf of Company (all of which are referred to herein as “Company’s Solicitation Base”) during the Employee’s relationship with Company for the purpose of providing products/services where said solicitation was for business or products/services Company is currently providing to one or more members of Company’s Solicitation Base.

C. Employees will not during employment or within one (1) year after it ends, without the Company’s express written consent, solicit or encourage any Customer or alliance partner to terminate or alter a relationship with the Company. It is understood that all Customers are the customers of Crust Pizza Co and that in the event, a team member leaves the organization, the Customers will remain the customers of Crust Pizza Co.

D. Intellectual Property: It is understood that all Crust Pizza Co systems are the property of Crust Pizza Co and must not be replicated and utilized outside of the company.

E. Non-compete Condition: If employment at Crust Pizza Co is dissolved by activation of either party, you, the associate, will not work in direct competition with Crust Pizza Co within a 5 mile radius for a period of one year.

· Confidentiality: As a member of our team, you will treat all Business and Customer information confidentially.

· Notice of Termination: If you wish to terminate this agreement, one (1) month notice is requested. You will be required to return all business property including uniforms, keys, Crust Pizza Co corporate manual and any other business property.

Terms of Employment: this agreement, all Crust Pizza Co policies and procedures cover your employment. As a Crust Pizza Co employee, you will be evaluated informally on a regular basis and formally at the end of each calendar year. CPC employees are employed “at-will” and without any commitments as to employment duration and without any limitations as to reasons for employment termination.
