Full Job Description

Crust Pizza Co is looking for an efficient, hard working kitchen crew member who possesses excellent food handling and prep skills. Must work well under pressure while ensuring accuracy on food prep. To succeed as a BOH team member, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Hourly Pay: $12 to $15 includes average hourly tips share. ($9 - $12 base before tips) Hourly base depends on position and experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare customer orders in a timely manner
• Food preparation
• Maintaining a clean workspace during shifts and completing opening and closing duties

Basic Qualifications

• Food/service industry experience
• Reliable transportation
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep the work environment safe and clean, follow sanitation protocols, food safety policies and procedures
• Food handler's certificate

Physical Requirements

You will be working in a kitchen environment. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
