Responsibilities & Requirements
- Assisting the manager with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members.
- Strong decision-making skills to resolve on-the-spot issues.
- Supervising staff, conducting training, motivating employees, and managing performance through feedback.
- Acting as the first point of escalation for customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to ensure satisfaction.
- Attention to detail regarding scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Food safety knowledge.
- Stronger customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed in the bakery environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
