Summary
We are seeking a Seasonal Associate to join our team at CRUST in Fenton. CRUST is searching to hire ambitious individuals whose grit and determination matches that of our current staff members as they strive to produce the highest quality baked goods. You will be given the opportunity to join a fun, creative, & collaborative team who is dedicated to giving back to the community and bringing smiles to the faces of our loyal patrons. Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Bread shaping: baguettes, batards, boules, and holiday rolls
- Bread baking: Operate a Deck Oven and Loader for our hearth breads
- Bread Prep: Assist team in preparing kitchen for daily operations
- Support team during holiday production hours
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and service areas.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Open mind for a paid education on how to make bread!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred.
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
