As we expand into new markets and larger campuses, we are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to lead complex, multi-phase construction projects from structural build-out through full interior fit-out and readiness for operations.In this role, you will serve as one of the key leaders driving the safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery of hyperscale facilities. You’ll oversee broad scopes across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and interior tenant-improvement systems — managing multiple contractors, tight timelines, and high technical complexity.This is a high-impact role for seasoned construction professionals who excel in leadership, coordination, and execution at scale.What You'll Be Working On:Lead construction across civil, structural, envelope, MEP, and interior/TI phasesManage multiple scopes or buildings within a campusDirect subcontractors, resolve field issues, and maintain safety and qualityOversee data halls, MV/LV electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, office spaces, and finishesOwn schedules, critical-path plans, budgets, forecasting, and procurementLead contract negotiation, vendor management, and change order controlCoordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teamsProvide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and costEnsure compliance with building codes, inspections, and permittingWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field7 years of experience managing large industrial, data center, or complex commercial projectsStrong experience in both base build and TI deliveryDeep understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systemsAdvanced scheduling and project management skills (Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam)Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skillsTravel up to ~30%Bonus PointsHyperscale data center or mission-critical facility experienceLed $100M project scopesStrong MV/LV electrical or heavy mechanical expertiseLean construction or sustainability experienceAdvanced certifications (PMP, CCM, PE)Benefits:Industry competitive payRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology companyHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependentsEmployer contributions to HSA accountsPaid Parental LeavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityTeladoc401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salaryGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleCell phone reimbursementTuition reimbursementSubscription to the Calm appMetLife LegalCompany paid commuter benefit; $300/monthCompensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $160,000 -$195,000 Bonus.
