Product Design Director

About the Role: We're seeking a talented Product Design Director to lead design work across our AI Cloud experiences, both IaaS and Managed AI Services. In this role, you'll partner with XFN teams and leverage your multidisciplinary skills to define and deliver delightful experiences and launch new products. Your team already includes 4 designers. What You'll Be Working On: Player-coach role leading Product Design across the Crusoe Cloud portfolio: Be a champion for our users, with a deep understanding of their needs Consistently deliver delightful, high craft, user-centered solutions that meet our user’s needs while also unlocking our business goals Lead the end-to-end design process for features large and small, as well as 0-1 launches Influence product direction and strategy through research, storytelling and design thinking Collaborate with product managers and GTM teams to define feature requirements and user stories Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Communicate design ideas at various stages using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Deliver clean, detailed design specs that engineering is ready to work off of Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company Contribute to and leverage our design system What You'll Bring to the Team: 10+ years of experience in Product or UX Design, managing a team of designers with a player-coach approach Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end and technical user-centric product design experience, leading to positive impact on business metrics Proficiency in Figma as well as related design and prototyping tools Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn visions into concepts and designs Solid written and visual storytelling skills to drive alignment and excitement Hands-on experience with GenAI product design for technical audiences, demonstrated personal interest in incorporating GenAI into your own Product Design playbook Must be able to pass a background check Embody the company values Benefits: Industry competitive pay Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents Employer contributions to HSA accounts Paid Parental Leave Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Teladoc 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Cell phone reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Subscription to the Calm app MetLife Legal
