Our platform accelerates innovation while reducing the environmental impact of compute.As AI systems evolve from static models into dynamic, multi-step agents, we are building the core Agent Engine that will power next-generation autonomous workflows across our platform.We are seeking a Product Manager for the Agent Engine—the orchestration layer that enables AI agents to plan, act, retrieve, reason, execute code, call tools, and operate reliably at scale. This is a 0→1 initiative and a foundational pillar of Crusoe’s AI strategy.You will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, safety, and customer teams to define the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Agent Engine. As a core member of the Crusoe product management team, you will own the complete product lifecycle for our Agent Engine, from initial concept and strategic roadmap to successful execution and market adoption. You will be the champion for our agentic offerings, translating market needs and technical complexities into clear product specifications, compelling narratives, and strategic decisions that drive business growth for Crusoe Cloud. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a critical product area within a rapidly expanding and innovative company.What You'll Be Working On:Understand and Empathize with Customers: Meet with current and potential customers to understand their needs for production-scale inference and gather their feedback on our services.Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define the long-term vision and roadmap for Crusoe’s Agent EngineCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a wide array of stakeholders including Engineering, Customer Success, SRE, Finance, and the Executive team to define detailed product specifications, execution timelines, and economic models.Drive Product Execution: Distill complex technical details into executive-facing narratives, presentations, and decision documents.
