Job Title: Behavior Technician
Job Description: Our agency is looking for a motivated and dedicated ABA therapist to provide ABA services to children with autism. The ideal candidate will have experience with ABA therapy and be familiar with data collection. They should be comfortable with implementing behavior plans, prompting procedures, prompt fading procedures, community skills, and activities of daily living skills. The candidate must be able to collaborate with family members and the BCBA, as well as work independently when not being supervised by a BCBA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home ABA services to children with autism
- Implement behavior plans, prompting procedures, prompt fading procedures, community skills, and activities of daily living skills
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Collaborate with family members and the BCBA to ensure effective therapy sessions
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience
- Reliable transportation to client's home
- Ability to collaborate with family members and BCBA
- Strong leadership skills
- Comfortable working independently when not being supervised by a BCBA

Hours: Flexible, after school
