Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Crush Yard. Located in a lively environment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences while serving delicious food and beverages. Your contributions will help create memorable moments for our guests as they enjoy their time on the courts or at the bar.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring quality standards.
- Operate the POS system effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling practices.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a server in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Ability to handle large volume.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and processing orders.
