We are seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Crush Yard. In this role, you will play an essential part in preparing high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Your contributions will help create memorable dining experiences in our lively restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Crush Yard standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in menu planning and development with the Executive Chef.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
