What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hair Salon Receptionist position at Crush Salon?
Crush Salon is currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a great first impression and excellent customer service experience to our clients and being a strong support to staff. This position is for Saturdays and Sundays only 845am to 3 pm only
Job Responsibilities include:
- Greet incoming clients by checking them in and offering them a refreshment.
- Answer phones in a timely manner with exceptional customer service.
- Responsible for POS including accepting payment, providing change and receipts
- Assist stylists with booking appointments, as needed.
- Assist customers with any questions they may have regarding purchasing products.
- Maintain a clean receptionist area and assist with upkeep of the product shelves and laundry.
Qualifications:
- Excellent multitasking and organization
- Experience with Vagaro is a plus
- Cash Management experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Weekend availability is required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
