HIRING FOR immediate start date for morning(10:30AM-5PM) and night shifts(5PM-11PM)
CRUSH - Artisanal Drinks is looking for boba and drink enthusiasts who are passionate about quality, community, and sustainable business practices! We are obsessed with keeping our amazing fans sipping on and smiling about our CRUSH creations, featuring locally sourced ingredients. Our mission is to bring worldwide drinks and flavors to Rexburg, so we are looking for a positive attitude over skills!
A store associate will serve as part-mixologist and part-cashier. Candidates should be comfortable multi-tasking around the kitchen and engaging with customers. Previous work experience is preferred, but we will provide full training!

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Being “good with your hands”: making beautiful drinks, boba, and snacks
- Educating and assisting customers with purchases and putting a smile on people’s faces
- Coordinating deliveries with food partners (we will train you)
- Standard back-bar kitchen duties: cleaning equipment, mopping, restocking
- Following all company procedures and informing manager on duty of any issues
Preferred:
- Excited about trying and mixing new drinks
- Posting occasionally on CRUSH social media
