Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with at least one year of litigation experience to join our growing team.
This attorney will handle a civil defense litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Managing case strategy and client communication
- Participating in mediations and negotiations
- Preparing matters for trial
This role also offers the opportunity to gain experience with hands-on training and mentorship.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of litigation experience, ideally in general liability (premises, trucking, auto)
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia (required)
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
