Crusade Christian Academy is seeking passionate, dedicated Christian educators to join our growing school family. We are looking for certified elementary teachers grades K-6 who view teaching as a ministry and are committed to helping students grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

Responsibilities
● Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with grade-level standards and the school’s curriculum.
● Integrate a Biblical worldview into daily instruction and classroom activities.
● Foster a safe, structured, and Christ-centered learning environment.
● Build positive relationships with students and families.
● Assess student progress and provide appropriate interventions and enrichment.
● Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
● Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to promote academic excellence.
● Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
● Model Christian character, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
● Valid teaching certification.
● Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
● A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and an active commitment to Christian faith.
● Agreement with the school’s Statement of Faith and commitment to uphold Christian values.
● Strong classroom management and communication skills.
● Passion for serving children and partnering with families.
● Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Schedule
● Full-time
● Monday–Friday
● School Hours: 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
● Teacher workday includes planning and professional responsibilities.
