Responsibilities

*
Conduct fitness consultations and assessments and create personalized training programs.

*
Deliver safe, engaging training sessions and educate clients on exercise, nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, resistance training, and healthy habits.

Build and retain a client base through relationships and outreach.

*
Track progress and adjust programs to support member goals.

*
Maintain a clean, safe training environment and collaborate with club staff.

Uphold Crunch standards and our “No Judgments” philosophy.

Qualifications

*
Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent), or ability to obtain within an approved timeframe.

*
Current CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain before employment.

*
Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills, with a passion for helping people of all fitness levels.

*
Availability for at least 32 hours per week, including one weekend shift.

*
Ability to demonstrate exercises and lift up to 50 pounds.

*
Preferred: Fitness industry experience; related degree or coursework; experience in consultations, sales, and client retention.
