What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to consistently achieve sales and operational goals

Ensure staff maintain strong knowledge of club programs, amenities, and equipment

Foster a professional, welcoming atmosphere that delivers an exceptional member experience

Execute and support company programs and promotions to drive new membership growth
What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience managing a fitness team

Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first approach

Ability to balance sales performance, team development, and member satisfaction
