Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Tucker, GA. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting members and guests, answering phone inquiries, maintaining accurate reservation schedules, processing payments, and ensuring a clean, welcoming reception area. This role also involves providing stellar customer service to create a positive experience for every member and visitor.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional member experiences
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing inquiries and directing calls effectively
- Experience in Reservations management and handling scheduling systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
