Crush Fitness is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Fitness Manager to lead our team, drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional experience for our members.
This is not just a management role—this is a sales and leadership position. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into members, and ensuring the gym operates at a high level every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new membership sales through outreach, social media, and in-person engagement
- Manage and follow up with leads (calls, texts, DMs, and in-person tours)
- Convert prospects into members and hit monthly sales targets
- Oversee daily gym operations and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to hit performance goals
- Build relationships with members to improve retention
- Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and local outreach events
- Track leads, appointments, and sales using internal systems
- Handle customer service issues and ensure positive member experiences
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $20-23/hour Commission
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on memberships and performance
- Bonus Opportunities: Based on hitting and exceeding monthly goals

Qualifications
Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in fitness, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate a team
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Availability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends)
Preferred:
- Experience in gym sales or fitness management
- Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
- Experience with lead generation and social media marketing
- CRM or lead tracking experience
