What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at Crunch Fitness?
A Pre-Sale Brand Ambassador is the driving force behind the New Club Opening process. When we enter a new market, our Pre-Sale Brand Ambassadors work within the community to build excitement and interest in the upcoming club opening. By partnering with local businesses and canvassing the surrounding area the Pre-Sale Ambassador team will work towards generating new member leads while being a prime example of the Crunch Fitness brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
- Promote the Crunch Fitness brand to the community
- Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the club and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics
- Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in â??street teamâ?? activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)
- Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations
- Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members
- Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning
- Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership
- Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
