Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of club policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance.Lead, motivate, and support staff to drive teamwork and productivity.
- Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, networking, presentations, and phone calls.
- Conduct gym tours and enroll new members.
- Promote and sell memberships and Dot Fit products.
- Maintain accurate records in Crunch Fitness VFP systems.
- Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure facility cleanliness and standards are met.
