Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
- Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
- Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
- Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
- Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
- Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
- Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
- Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
- Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
