Job Description & Performance Expectations
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate members
while creating a fun and inclusive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
Class Delivery & Member Experience
- Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
- Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines
- Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission
Standards & Compliance
- Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
- Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements
- Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional disposition at all times
