- Lead membership growth across all locations
- Improve conversion from leads, tours, and walk-ins
- Strengthen sales execution and closing ability across teams
- Ensure each club consistently hits revenue targets
- Turn front desk teams into high-performing sales units
- Improve consistency in tours, follow-ups, and member onboarding
- Coach leaders and staff on communication, urgency, and confidence
- Hold teams accountable to daily performance expectations
- Drive personal training as a core revenue stream
- Increase participation, retention, and trainer productivity
- Develop Personal Training Managers and coaching systems
- Ensure new members are consistently introduced to training
- Conduct in-club audits and walkthroughs
- Ensure high standards in cleanliness, service, and facility operations
- Enforce company systems and eliminate inconsistency
- Identify and solve operational gaps quickly
- Coach General Managers and Assistant Managers
- Build leadership pipelines for future growth
- Conduct performance reviews and development planning
- Elevate accountability and execution across all teams
- Monitor performance trends across all clubs
- Identify top performers and underperforming locations
- Create clear, measurable action plans
- Ensure consistent improvement month over month
- Ensure clubs generate and convert quality leads
- Oversee community outreach and local partnerships
- Support execution of events and promotions
- Strengthen visibility and market presence
- Report on performance, challenges, and opportunities
- Share insights and drive regional strategy
- Recommend staffing and structural improvements
- Act as the bridge between field operations and executive leadership
- 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
- Strong operational and financial understanding
- Experience leading large, multi-department teams
- Ability to analyze performance and act quickly
