We are looking for a high-performance leader to drive personal training and sales across multiple fitness locations throughout the DMV region.
This role is responsible for owning personal training revenue, sales execution, and team development across a fast-paced, competitive market. You will work directly with club leadership and Personal Training Managers to ensure every location is maximizing both new member conversion and long-term client value.

- Own and grow personal training revenue across all clubs in the region
- Ensure consistent monthly performance and upward growth trends
- Identify underperforming locations and implement immediate action plans
- Maximize client lifetime value through retention and engagement strategies
- Oversee the full member journey from join → consultation → training
- Ensure strong execution of onboarding and fitness consultations
- Improve conversion rates from new members into personal training clients
- Coach teams on communication, urgency, and closing ability
- Directly coach and develop Personal Training Managers
- Hold leaders accountable to revenue and performance expectations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business strategy sessions
- Build a strong leadership bench for future growth
- Ensure trainers are productive, engaged, and delivering results
- Improve trainer utilization and client load across all clubs
- Support education, coaching, and skill development
- Build a culture of accountability and performance within PT teams
- Ensure new members are consistently introduced to personal training
- Strengthen accountability systems between trainers and clients
- Improve retention through results-driven programming and engagement
- Deliver a high-quality, results-focused member experience
- Monitor key metrics including:
- Personal training revenue
- Conversion rates
- Client retention
- Trainer productivity
- Identify trends and implement clear, measurable action plans
- Ensure consistent improvement across all locations
- Partner with General Managers and Regional Leadership
- Align personal training with overall club sales strategy
- Support marketing efforts that drive training participation
- Ensure consistency and execution across all clubs
- 5 years of leadership experience in fitness, personal training, or sales
- Multi-unit or multi-team management experience preferred
- Proven track record of driving revenue and improving performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Data-driven mindset with strong execution ability
