Qualifications
- Certifications or expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Training
- Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and experience in Training others
- Accreditation from the U.S. National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or similar certification body
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff
- Basic knowledge of business operations and fitness program development
- CPR/AED certification is a plus
- Experience or a passion for driving member satisfaction and team success
