We are currently seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team! Specific time frame is Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Seeking a Pilates Instructor that will be responsible for teaching safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes in a fully equipped studio environment. Our studio features Pilates Reformers with Towers and Chairs.
Seeking a Pilates Instructor that will be responsible for teaching safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes in a fully equipped studio environment. Our studio features Pilates Reformers with Towers and Chairs.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, effective, and motivating Pilates sessions using Reformers with Towers and Chairs for both individuals and groups (up to 4).
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive studio experience for all clients.
- Maintain valid certifications and adhere to all Crunch Fitness policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Ensure proper equipment setup, use, and maintenance within the studio.
Requirements
- Valid National Certification in Pilates (Reformer/Tower and Chair training preferred).

CPR/AED Certification (must be current).

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
- Prior experience teaching Pilates classes to clients of all levels.
Special Skills
- Strong understanding of Pilates apparatus techniques, anatomy, and biomechanics.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with clients in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to ongoing education and growth.
