Responsibilities
- Represent Crunch Fitness with enthusiasm and professionalism at community events, local businesses, and public gatherings
- Initiate friendly, engaging conversations to introduce the Crunch Fitness brand and its offerings
- Generate excitement about fitness, wellness, and the Crunch Fitness experience to attract prospective members
- Collect lead information from interested individuals and accurately record it for followup
- Build positive relationships with community partners, event organizers, and local organizations
- Identify hightraffic opportunities and propose new outreach locations or events
- Set up and manage outreach booths, displays, and promotional materials
- Communicate Crunch Fitnesss mission, programs, and membership benefits in a clear, compelling way
- Support marketing campaigns by distributing materials and promoting special offers
- Track outreach activity, engagement, and leadgeneration metrics to help refine strategy
- Maintain a strong understanding of Crunch Fitness services to answer questions confidently
- Uphold brand standards and ensure every interaction reflects Crunch Fitnesss energy and values
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills
- Strong customer service orientation and STRONG communication skills
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Reliable Transportation - this position WILL require using your own transportation at times
