What You’ll Do
As an Opening Shift Membership Consultant / Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for:
• Opening the club and preparing it for members
• Welcoming every member with energy and professionalism
• Managing check-ins, guest passes, and daily club flow
• Touring potential members and presenting membership options
• Supporting sales goals with lead follow-up & outreach
• Answering phones, booking appointments, and providing general info
• Maintaining a clean, organized, safe front desk area
• Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects Crunch culture

• Reliable and punctual (you’ll be the first face members see!)
• Outgoing, positive, and comfortable talking to people

• Strong customer service skills

• Prior fitness, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus — but not required
