Job Summary
As a Group Fitness Manager, you’ll oversee the performance and growth of our group fitness program across multiple locations. You will drive class engagement, manage scheduling, recruit and develop top instructors, and ensure every class represents the high-energy Crunch brand. This role combines leadership, accountability, and hands-on instruction to deliver an exceptional member experience while meeting key business metrics in retention, recruiting, and participation growth.
Responsibilities
- Elevate class counts across assigned clubs and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure all classes are properly staffed, assigned, and covered by certified Crunch-trained instructors.
- Oversee recruiting, auditions, and onboarding of new instructors.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action in line with company standards.
- Organize quarterly schedules, holiday schedules, and new format launches.
- Host certification workshops and regional trainings.
- Teach and sub across all formats when needed.
