Key Job Functions Of a Director Of Marketing
- Launch and manage Facebook advertising campaigns for new club openings, optimizing audience targeting to achieve the lowest cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Research and evaluate additional digital advertising platforms to enhance advertising reach and effectiveness.
- Provide comprehensive training and resources to field teams to support their development and improve performance.
- Visit clubs to deliver advanced social media training and provide hands-on support tailored to their specific needs
- Generate and complete detailed weekly and monthly reports to track performance and progress and present to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Regularly update dashboards and reporting spreadsheets to ensure they accurately reflect the latest metrics and data.
- Work with department heads to create content for personal training and group fitness
- Define and oversee monthly social media objectives to drive engagement and align with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze and monitor club sales reports in collaboration with the marketing team to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize social media and website pages to maximize lead generation and attract potential prospects.
- Proven expertise in senior-level marketing roles, demonstrating strategic oversight and leadership in developing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated proficiency in crafting clear, compelling written communication and effectively engaging with others through strong interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results and maintain consistency across various locations.
- Demonstrated skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing activities to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
