Pay & Employment
$22 per hour Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit Overtime pay daily bonuses available W2 employee status (not an independent contractor)

Work 100 hours/month (~23 hrs/week) and receive: * Membership to the International Nanny Association * Access to our private nanny support community * Paid sick time (as required by state/local law) * Two extended education trainings annually
Work 150 hours/month and receive: * $75 monthly healthcare stipend (eligibility requirements apply)
What We’re Looking For
- Availability for at least 2 full days per week * 2 years of professional childcare experience (infants through school-age) * 3–4 professional childcare references * CPR Certification * Excellent communication skills and positive, adaptable attitude * Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (not required in NYC or San Francisco) * Must be 18 years old
