Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? We’re looking for experienced, energetic, and flexible nannies to provide top-tier care to families in need of backup child care.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
- Flexible Scheduling: Manage your schedule weekly through our personalized app.
- Diverse Experiences: Care for children ranging from infants to teens, providing engaging and meaningful experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability for at least 2 full days per week.
- 2 years of professional child care experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-aged children (reflected in your resume).
- 3-4 professional child care references.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.
- CPR Certification.
- A valid driver’s license and car (not required in NYC or San Francisco).
- Must be 18 years or older.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $20–$22 per hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
- Daily bonuses and overtime pay.
- Employee Status: Receive a W2 at year-end.

- Two extended education trainings annually.
- Work 150 hours/month and gain additional perks:
