Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Salesperson at Crums Leasing, located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing trailer leasing agreements. Day-to-day tasks include creating and executing sales strategies, conducting client meetings in-person or virtually, and providing exceptional customer service to address client needs and ensure satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client interactions and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and close deals
Customer relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
Willingness to travel locally within the San Antonio, Texas area when required
