Crump's Concrete, LLC is hiring a dependable Concrete Laborer to join our growing crew. This position will start as needed, based on available jobs, with the opportunity to become a regular and important member of our team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, works hard, shows up on time, and is willing to learn. Concrete or construction experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Pay will be solely based on your prior experience and expertise. The right experienced person will have the ability to make good money. If you have no experience but good GRIT, you will grow.
Job Duties:
- Help set up and clean up job sites
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, forms, and equipment
- Help prepare areas for concrete, including digging, grading, and spreading base material
- Help set forms, rebar, wire mesh, expansion joints, and other materials
- Assist with placing, raking, screeding, edging, and finishing concrete
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
- Use basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Follow directions from the owner, foreman, or crew lead
- Work professionally around customers, coworkers, and other contractors
- Be available for early mornings and occasional weekends when needed
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to job sites or our primary work location
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and work outdoors in Florida weather
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
