We are seeking a passionate and creative Brand Manager to join our team and take our cat cafe's brand to the next level. As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and elevating our in-person and digital brand presence, managing social media platforms, and driving revenue through brand monetization strategies.
The right candidate would oversee two brands in parallel; Crumbs and Whiskers and founder, Kanchan’s, book release for her debut release, “Dear Me, I Love You”. The position is focused on designing and executing strategic and creative marketing solutions that transform and elevate our brands and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Craft and execute brand development strategies that align with our mission, values, and goals.
Digital Presence: Manage and enhance our online presence, including the company website and social media profiles, to engage and grow our audience.
Social Media: Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns, content calendars, and strategies to increase our social media following, engagement, and brand awareness.
Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and blog posts, that resonates with our target audience.
Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to monetize our brand through partnerships, merchandise sales, events, and other creative revenue streams.
Collaborations: Establish and maintain partnerships and collaborations with influencers, related businesses, and local organizations to expand our reach and impact.
Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Brand Monitoring: Monitor brand performance, online reputation, and customer feedback, and proactively address issues and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand growth and entrepreneurship.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
