As a key part of our management team, you will oversee nightly restaurant functions, support staff training, and ensure operational excellence!
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise evening shift operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, service, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Oversee food handling, baking processes, and food safety protocols to guarantee quality and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
- Coordinate inventory control measures to monitor stock levels, and minimize waste.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to company policies.
- Supervise team scheduling, shift management, and ensure adequate staffing levels for peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food industry best practices.
- Experience with staff training & development, team management, and interviewing potential team members.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shift operations effectively.
