Crew Member

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, efficient, team-player to join our Crumbl crew. Here at California Crumbl, we value team-work and trustworthiness. We are looking for individuals who have reliable and consistent transportation to and from work, who have a positive attitude, are willing to learn and grow, and can work on the weekends. We expect applicants to have strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communication skills. This role also has room for advancement within the store. Here are some of the responsibilities you would have as a Crumbl crew member:

• Practice and maintain food safety standards/procedures
• Warmly welcome all customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Take orders and accurately process payments
• Mix and ball dough at an efficient pace
• Uphold Crumbl standards and practices
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operation of the store
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
• Read and understand Crumbl recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make desserts
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
• Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

Hours: Monday-Saturday 6 AM-10:00 PM. APPLICANTS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
